Consulting and Financial Disclosures
Written scope controls
Services are bespoke and are provided only as described in the applicable signed proposal, statement of work, consulting agreement, or addendum. Website descriptions are illustrative and are not an offer, fixed package, promise of availability, or commitment to deliver any particular service. Work not expressly included in a signed scope is excluded. If these website notices conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Client responsibility
Clients remain responsible for their decisions, approvals, implementation, legal and regulatory compliance, financial controls, account security, and use of recommendations or deliverables. S. Moore Consulting & Marketing, LLC does not control market conditions, audience response, third-party platforms, partner conduct, or client execution.
No guarantees
No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed, including revenue, profitability, cash flow, savings, lead generation, customer acquisition, rankings, reach, funding, partnership results, or overall business performance. Outcomes depend on facts and circumstances beyond the company’s control. Examples, scenarios, and prior results are not guarantees of future performance.
No regulated professional advice
Financial work is limited to business strategy, operational analysis, budgeting and cash-flow support, revenue-model review, procure-to-pay and payables processes, and management decision support. S. Moore Consulting & Marketing, LLC does not provide legal services, tax advice or tax preparation, certified public accounting, audits or attest services, securities or investment advice, investment management, lending, credit repair, or other services requiring a professional license. Clients should consult appropriately licensed professionals for those matters.
Client-specific work and third-party reliance
Recommendations and deliverables prepared for a client are based on that client’s information and circumstances. Unless expressly authorized in writing, they are for the named client’s internal use and should not be relied upon by third parties.
